Live: Carrie Lam speaks on curb of coronavirus spread

Hong Kong chief executive Carrie Lam holds a news conference on further actions of curbing the spread of the novel coronavirus. To control the flow of people at ports, according to Carrie Lam, more are being closed including Luohu Port, Luo Ma Zhou Port, the HK and Macao Ferry Terminal, and Huanggang Port. And entry and exit would only be allowed at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Shenzhen Bay Bridge, with all other ports closed.
